These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by DryZone Inc ("DryZone," "we," "us," or "our") at www.dryzoneinc.net (the "Site"), as well as inquiries and quote requests submitted through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Restoration and remediation work is governed by separate written agreements, work orders, or proposals between you and DryZone. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and initial communications; they do not replace a signed service contract for on-site work.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our networks
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content at scale without our prior written consent

Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling
Information on the Site and any quote or estimate provided through the Site, by phone, or by email is for general planning purposes only. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in a written proposal, work order, or service agreement after an on-site assessment when applicable.
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. We reserve the right to decline service in situations outside our scope, licensing, geographic service area, or capacity. Emergency response times depend on conditions, call volume, and safety factors at the time of your request.
Insurance Assistance
DryZone may assist customers with documentation and coordination related to property insurance claims when authorized. We are not an insurance company, adjuster, or legal advisor. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurer. Any information on the Site or provided by our team about insurance, claims, or timelines is general in nature and not legal or financial advice.
Site Content and Intellectual Property
Text, images, logos, blog articles, and other materials on the Site are owned by DryZone or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Educational blog posts and FAQs describe general restoration concepts. Every property and loss is different. On-site inspection by qualified technicians is required before making decisions about remediation scope, health risks, or structural repairs.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRYZONE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE NOT CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENT PERFORMANCE OF SIGNED ON-SITE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE (OTHER THAN LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW) WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
